ENCIERRO ON ROBINHOOD CHAIN · MINT DATE MILESTONE-GATED
ENCIERRO BY CONDO · THE TREASURY'S STRATEGY LAB, OPENED TO HOLDERS

When the Bulls run.

Condo spent months building strategy intelligence for its own treasury - over 100 ETH and other assets, reported live at condobase.io. The engine tests every idea on live markets, in public, against thousands of random strategies. Encierro opens it to holders: mint a Bull, put a strategy on its seat, and it competes on the same engine. If its record clears the published gates, the treasury trades that strategy with its own capital and pays you 20% of realized profits.

Ask your analyst anything about the market. It answers with receipts, remembers how you trade, and never touches your keys.

Why Encierro

A treasury with skin in the game. A lab that shows its work.

01 / SKIN IN THE GAME

Condo's own money decides

Condo's treasury - over 100 ETH and other assets, reported live at condobase.io - built this lab to decide what it trades next. The Desk trades treasury money only, and only strategies that cleared the four public gates. Nobody's deposits, nobody's pooled funds.

02 / PROOF, NOT PROMISES

Every number is a record you can open

Thousands of books forward-testing on live markets, in public, with costs charged and stops mandatory; the scanners' record since June; a meta-model that publishes its own card. Paper is labelled as paper, and luck is measured instead of hidden.

03 / GET PAID FOR WHAT YOU FIND

Prizes now, the Desk when you earn it

Weekly, monthly and quarterly prize pools from the treasury for the strategies that beat the flock, and 20% of realized profits when the Desk trades your work. No new token, no airdrop, no keys, no execution - and never financial advice.

01 - What your analyst actually does

Every answer shows its receipts.

Most AI products hand you one confident paragraph and leave you guessing which parts are real. Your analyst answers in labelled parts - and the ones that carry numbers are built from live reads, not written by the model. When a question needs more, it reaches for tools - the Floor, the boards, a backtest - and names the ones it used.

YOU → I only swing trade. Is ETH worth a look right now?

Upper half of the range with volume behind it is the part that matters for your horizon. The level that kills the idea is 2,390 - below it the expansion story is gone. Not advice.

Chain facts

Read from the contract on every message. Sell the Bull and the thread closes behind you.

Market facts

Fetched live before it speaks. If a source is down it says so instead of guessing from memory.

Its tools

The Floor, the Library, any seat's record, the boards, a backtest: fetched mid-answer and named in the answer. Never a substitute for a number it was not handed.

Its memory of you

Kept per tokenId. Two seats in one wallet never see each other's history. Its record is a measurement, not a scoreboard: an honest account of what did not work is the input the gates exist to filter.

The model's read

The only part the model writes - and it may only use the facts above it.

The words we use
The Lab
Condo's strategy research program: the engine, the flock, the boards and the records, built for the treasury and opened to holders.
The Board
The whole tournament: every seat's strategy trading paper money on live markets, in public, scored the same way.
Seat
One Bull's place in the tournament. It competes only when its holder puts a strategy on it.
Starter
One of three house strategies any seat may adopt on day one. A posture, never an advantage.
Floor
The public leaderboard where every strategy's record is shown and ranked.
Library
The shelf of strategies whose forward records kept beating the random baseline.
Desk
The treasury trading shelf strategies with its own capital, paying authors 20% of realized profits.
Standing
Weekly merit points for beating the random baseline forward. The weekly competition pays on it.
Sprint
One scoring week. Strategy changes queue for the next one.
Leash
How much your analyst may do alone: advise, propose with one tap, or act within rails, paper only.
Motion
One question a day the house debates and votes on, voices weighted by record.
Seat treasury
An onchain account owned by the Bull itself, where its author payouts land. It sells with the Bull.
Markets
Thirteen: BTC, ETH and SOL, plus the ten stocks live on Robinhood Chain today: AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, AMZN, MSFT, GOOGL, META, MSTR, SPY, QCOM.
Prize pools
Treasury-funded rewards on three cadences: weekly Standing, the monthly bankroll board, quarterly Library and Desk honours. No new token, no airdrop.
02 - Three postures

One feed.
Three ways to trade it.

Three house starters run on the Floor today, in public, with their documents open. Any seat may adopt any of them on day one, or ignore all three. They are postures, not tiers: a starter is a way to begin, never an edge over another seat.

03 - The collection

Encierro: one Bull, one seat.

Encierro is an ERC-721 collection on Robinhood Chain, and each Bull is a seat on the Board - the only way onto it. Robinhood Chain, because the treasury intends to trade tokenized stocks alongside crypto, and this chain's stock roster is exactly what the engine already paper-trades. Supply, mint price and per-wallet limits publish with the announcement. Seats are limited; strategies are not.

ERC-721Robinhood Chain · 4663
TBCSupply
TBCMint price

The Bulls stay behind the veil until mint: no art appears on this page before reveal, because publishing crisp renders ahead of a mint hands a fake mint site its main asset - and a tokenId-to-traits map ahead of a sequential mint is a map for sniping a specific Bull. Full art and trait tables publish at reveal.

04 - How it works

Mint. Take the Floor. Keep the record.

01 / MINT

Claim a seat

Mint a Bull on Robinhood Chain when the mint opens; the price and the per-wallet caps publish with the announcement, and holding via secondary is unlimited. The tokenId is your seat on the Board and your analyst's permanent anchor.

02 / TAKE THE FLOOR

Put a strategy on the book

Adopt a house starter, tell your analyst an idea in plain English, or write the document. From that moment it paper-trades live markets against the flock, in public, and the $10,000 of game money opens. Your analyst drafts one tweak a week - or, on a leash you set, applies it within your rails.

03 / EARN THE RECORD

Standing, the Library, the Desk

Beat the flock forward and merit points accrue weekly, with the weekly prize pool paid on them. Keep beating it and the strategy earns a place on the shelf. Pass the four published gates below and the treasury may trade it with its own capital, paying you 20% of realized profits.

03 / EARN THE RECORD · THE DESK

The Desk

The treasury may trade a proven strategy with its own capital and pay its author 20% of realized profits. This is why the Lab exists: the treasury's next allocation will be a strategy that cleared this bar in public, not another leveraged ETH product. Capital follows only strategies that pass all four gates, and every seat shows its own gate readout live. The first allocation is gate-driven and undated.

  1. Library entryBeat the flock forward long enough to earn the shelf: ten closed trades since going live, above the flock's forward median on the same market.
  2. Beat buy-and-holdThe forward return must beat simply holding the strategy's own market over the same window. Beating the flock is not beating the market.
  3. 180 forward daysAt least six months of record built after activation. Backtests count for nothing here.
  4. 30 falling-market daysAt least thirty of those days with the market's trailing 30-day return negative. No strategy earns capital on a one-way bull tape.

How the Desk allocates

  • Treasury capital only. Never holder funds, never pooled money.
  • At most 10% of Desk capital in any one strategy.
  • Spread across the whole qualifying shelf, not just the top of the board.
  • 20% of realized profits paid to the seat's treasury, monthly, against a high-water mark. Confirmed v1 terms, frozen at mint.

Where the money comes from

The Desk trades Condo's own treasury, only, always - the same treasury whose holdings are reported in the open at condobase.io. Which flows fund the treasury itself is stated in the whitepaper's Desk terms, not here. The 80% of realized profits that is not the author's share stays with the treasury as its own capital. Yes, the Desk can lose treasury capital. Every position honours the strategy's own stop, and a strategy that falls off the shelf is unwound. The treasury can halt the Desk at any time, and nothing here guarantees profits or payouts.

TOP OF THE BOARD-
LAST ENGINE HEARTBEAT-

Read straight from the public API, refreshed every minute. No trait, no rank, nothing a mint could be timed to.

06 - Where this goes

The mint is the floor.
Not the ceiling.

The tournament is the first thing a seat does, not the last. Three things accrue to the tokenId you hold, and every phase below attaches to that same token.

Memory compounds

An analyst you have talked to for a year knows how you trade, and its record shows how its counsel has fared. Both belong to the token, not to an account on our server, and both travel with it when it sells.

The engine compounds

A meta-model learns which strategy shapes beat the flock, publishes its own card, and retrains nightly on every new record. More records, better priors, a fuller Library, a real Desk: the curve the whole Lab is built to bend.

Record compounds

The forward record, the merit score, the shelf and the capital gates are public from day one. A track record is the one thing a new mint cannot buy. Most records will be ordinary, and that is the point: a measurement of what did not work is exactly the input the meta-model and the gates exist to filter.

BUILT

Phase 1 · The Lab

The engine and the shadow flock, forward-only Standing, the paper bankroll, weekly counsel, thirteen markets with nine external signal series, the shelf of proven strategies and the treasury's published capital gates - running in public on live data before a single Bull is minted.

BUILT

Phase 2 · Your analyst as an agent

Tools mid-answer, a leash the holder sets (advise, propose, act - paper only), a public advice record, a meta-model with a published card, one motion a day, metered model spend, and the Board reachable as an MCP server and a documented API.

NEXT

Phase 3 · Mint, then season one

Milestone-gated, never dated: final art, an independent contract review, the allowlist close. Then the holders-only season - weekly sprints and monthly boards with treasury prize pools, the daily claim, and the records only seats can build.

PLANNED

Phase 4 · The Desk, then more chains

The treasury's first strategy allocation, made only when a Library strategy clears all four gates, reported in the open, 20% of realized profits to the author. Then presence on Ethereum, Base and Hyperliquid. No new token and no airdrop: $CONDO exists, and this page makes no statement about it.

STANDING INTEGRITY

Farming Standing

The rules that exist today close the cheap shortcuts. Points are paid only on the forward record, so a backtest earns nothing. A strategy adopted minutes before the week closes has no forward trades and is unrated. The baseline is per market, so picking the hottest market earns nothing. Ten closed trades are needed before a record counts at all, and a seat that never competes earns nothing.

The prize rules close the copy-farm gap too: seats running the same document compete as one entry, held by the seat that activated it first; one award per holder address per round; and only a seat on the Floor before a period opened competes in it. Every round publishes its winners, their shares and every excluded seat with the reason. The full list is in the whitepaper, section 08.

Phases 1 and 2 are running. Phases 3 and 4 are directions with published terms, not dated promises, and this page marks which is which as each one lands.

07 - Questions

Ask the Board.

What is Encierro?

Encierro - Condo Encierro, "when the Bulls run" - is the strategy lab Condo built for its own treasury, opened to holders. It is powered by Condo, the treasury and the team behind it. An engine tests trading strategies on live markets, forward only, in public, against a flock of thousands of random-but-legal strategies that shows what luck alone produces. Each Encierro Bull is a seat in that tournament and the identity of one AI analyst that remembers how you trade.

Mint a Bull, give it a strategy, and it trades paper money on live markets in public. Clear the published gates and the treasury trades that strategy with its own capital, paying you 20% of realized profits.

Why is Condo doing this?

Because the treasury's next allocation should be something we tested ourselves, not another leveraged ETH product. Condo's treasury holds over 100 ETH and other assets, reported live at condobase.io, and Encierro is the lab that decides what it trades next. Months of work went into an engine that tests strategies honestly - costs charged, stops mandatory, luck measured instead of hidden - with every dataset and resource we could get. We are in the final stage of perfecting those strategies, on paper, forward-tested, in public.

We also wanted holders to benefit from it. So the Lab opens to a limited audience: seats are limited, strategies are not, and a strategy that helps everyone gets paid for it.

What does the analyst actually do?

You ask it about the market. Before it answers it re-reads the chain, pulls live prices, loads what it remembers about how you trade, and reaches for tools when a question needs them. The reply comes back in labelled parts: chain facts, market facts, its tools, its memory of you, and its own read. The factual parts come from real reads, so the model cannot pass an invention off as a fact.

What can a great strategy actually earn me?

Weekly merit points (Standing) for beating the flock forward, and the weekly prize pool paid on them. A shelf spot with your authorship hash. Monthly and quarterly honours. And the big one: the Desk pays you 20% of realized profits when the treasury trades your strategy with its own capital. The four gates, the allocation rules and where the money comes from are laid out in section 04, The Desk.

What are the competitions?

Three cadences, all funded by the treasury. Weekly: the sprint's Standing leaders. Monthly: the bankroll board, which ranks pure trading P&L with deposits subtracted, so clicking the daily claim climbs nothing. Quarterly: honours for the strategies that earned the Library and, when it opens, the Desk. Prize pool sizes and the currency they are paid in publish with each season, in exact amounts.

Every round is closed once and published in full: winners, shares, and every excluded seat with its reason. One entry per document, one award per wallet, and only seats on the Floor before the period opened. The treasury pays; the platform records the transaction. Rules: whitepaper, section 08.

Is there a new token or an airdrop?

No. $CONDO already exists, and this site makes no statement about it. There is no new token and no airdrop. Rewards are prize pools from the treasury and the Desk's author's cut, on the terms published here.

Does it trade for me?

No, and it cannot. The service holds no keys, builds no transactions and has no exchange credentials; its chain surface is read-only calls, and a test fails the build if that changes. Autopilot moves paper only, inside rails you set.

You sign one message to prove an address is yours. That is a signature, not a transaction: it approves nothing, moves nothing and expires on its own. The only transaction the product ever creates is your own mint, signed in your wallet.

Do I have to write a new strategy every week?

No. A strategy runs until you change it; the weekly sprint is a scoring cadence, not homework. Each sprint your analyst drafts one tweak, validated by the engine and backtested side by side with what you run now. Accept in one tap or dismiss for free. Set the leash to act and it applies its own counsel within your rails. Details: whitepaper, section 05.

Is my analyst an AI agent or just a chatbot?

An agent with a job, a record and a price. It works with tools: the leaderboard, the shelf of proven strategies, any seat's record, the signal and venue boards, and it can compile and backtest an idea mid-conversation, naming the tools it used. It runs on a leash you set: advise, propose, or act (paper only, inside your stop rail). It keeps a public advice record. More in the whitepaper, section 04.

Is the $10,000 bankroll real money?

No. It is game money: a paper-testing balance for the tournament. Every competing seat starts with $10,000 of it and, for season one, can claim $100 more for each day it shows up on the Floor. It is not real funds, not withdrawable, not custodied anywhere, not a prize and not a measure of one. Full rules: whitepaper, section 09.

What if my seat's record is bad?

It is public and it stays public: leaving the Floor and returning starts a fresh forward window, but the points already earned and the advice record stay on the seat. A poor record blocks the Desk; it does not remove the seat or the memory. The one-click wipe clears memory only, never the record.

How many Bulls are there?

The supply publishes with the announcement, along with the mint price, the per-wallet caps and any team reserve - a reserve, if there is one, comes out of that supply, not on top of it. The supply is fixed at mint and never extended: one Bull is one seat, and there is no other way onto the Board.

When is the mint, and what does it cost?

The date is announced on this site and the official Condo channels first - we ship the product, then the date. When it opens: allowlist window first, public later the same day, on Robinhood Chain, chain 4663. The price and the per-wallet caps publish with the announcement; holding via secondary is unlimited.

Payment is exact: overpaying reverts rather than sitting in the contract.

How does launch day work?

Until the contract is deployed, the mint button on this page stays disabled and the contract row in the footer reads "not deployed yet". On mint day it flips to the live address, allowlisted wallets mint first, and the public window opens the same day.

The mint will only ever run from this site. Check the address before you sign anything.

How do I get early access?

Complete the three steps above and submit your wallet. Selected wallets go into a Merkle tree whose root is set on the contract, and the proofs are published alongside the mint page.

That means the allowlist is enforced by the contract itself: a wallet that is not in the tree cannot mint in the allowlist window, no matter what any page claims.

Are there different kinds of Bulls?

Whether Bulls carry types is an art decision that publishes with the collection. What is fixed either way: a type is identity - art and voice - never an advantage. Any seat may run any strategy, and no trait changes how a book is scored.

What happens to the memory if I sell?

Memory belongs to the tokenId, so it travels with the Bull. The buyer picks up where the analyst left off, and you lose access the moment ownership changes, because ownership is re-read from the contract on every message.

Wipe it before you list. There is a one-click wipe in the terminal that erases that seat's history and touches nothing else.

When are traits revealed?

At reveal, once minting closes. Until then every token returns the same placeholder metadata, and the art order is pinned in advance by a provenance hash committed to the contract before the first mint - so the set cannot be reshuffled after anyone has seen it.

Publishing which tokenId holds which traits beforehand would let people time a mint to snipe a specific Bull, so no tokenId or rarity rank appears anywhere on this site.

Where does the market data come from?

Live today: Binance and CoinGecko for crypto prices and candles; Yahoo Finance for stock candles, with Nasdaq's public table as fallback; Deribit, Bybit, Coinglass, alternative.me, DeFiLlama and the US Treasury for the signal series. Most are free public endpoints with no key; Coinglass runs on a paid plan we already hold. Two optional keyed feeds switch on when their keys exist.

Under load, candles and signals are cached and refreshed on a schedule, stock candles fall through the chain, public routes are rate-limited, and a source that is down is said so. Every answer line names its endpoint.

Is Condo an official Robinhood project?

No. Condo is an independent project, and Encierro Bulls is an independent collection built on Robinhood Chain, a public permissionless network. Neither is affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Robinhood Markets, Inc.

Where can I verify official links?

Only trust links published on this site and on the official Condo account. Once the contract is deployed, its address appears in the footer and on the explorer - check it before you sign anything.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. An analyst's read on the market is not a promise about it, and nothing here accounts for your circumstances. Treat it as analysis you can audit, then make your own decisions.
